Since accepting Jesus us our Lord and personal savior, God has removed us from the world and put us inside of Him. Just like uprooting a tree from a bad soil and placing it into a new, fresh and nutritious soil.
Now God has the planning permission to build our lives as we live in the resurrection of Christ.
But we should be aware of the fact that we have all been called to bare fruit, we cannot stay in Gods kingdom and do nothing. We need to be fruitful and relevant to our communities, our churches, our families. Faith without works is dead.
If we refuse to bare fruits, the bible says we will be “cut off” just like a branch that is no more fruitful.
I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
So lets analyze our lives today, and see what we can do for Gods kingdom, then pray for the Holy Spirit to empower us to do it, for His glory’s sake.
